terms and undertaking for food facility at Millennium Learning Center

for the year 2026-27

All the rights of the food facility is reserved with Edjunct Educational Services, hereinafter referred to as the amenity provider.

1. You have registered for the Food facility and your child is pursuing the same with your consent.

2. You have read the annual charges structure for the Food facility and agree to avail of the facility and pay charges for the same as per the payment schedule given.

3. The selection of the Food facility chosen by my child is applicable for the entire academic year. The food facility will not available for short period of time or daily basis.

4. GST is applicable on Food. If any other taxes become applicable during the financial year then the same will be borne by parent. This also applies to any advance charges paid too. The above tax or any changes therein, shall be borne by parent entirely. This will be over and above the charges that are charged, unless otherwise specifically mentioned.

5. Any defaulting of payments will result in either late charges being levied or immediate discontinuation of the Food facility being provided under this program. This is independent from the functioning of the school. On discontinuation due to default in payment, this facility might not be offered in the future too. The decision of the amenity provider will be final in all cases.

6. Charges paid are not transferable. In case of any absenteeism (long or short), amounts will NOT be adjusted. Full payment will have to be made in such cases.

7. Non-payment of charges will result in discontinuation of the facility being provided to the child. The decision of resumption of the facility being provided to the child, in case of non-payment of charges, lies entirely with the amenity provider.

8. On the school campus the students can avail First Aid Facility. The school / amenity provider is responsible only for primary medical assistance and any higher degree of medical care or any medical emergency will be addressed by referral to specialized centers.

9. In case of a medical problem, certain medical procedures may need to be performed by hospitals to treat the medical conditions. In such cases, as decided by the doctor, consent is required to perform the required medical procedures, which the school / amenity provider may acquire from me over the phone.

10. Parent have to declare about any known illnesses, allergies or medical sufferings of their child and have made the school / amenity provider aware of the same, by giving the same in writing (which includes the type of illness, precautions to be taken and steps to be followed during emergency). Parent will inform the school / amenity provider about any illnesses, allergies or medical sufferings of my child.

11. Photographs / recordings of certain activities may be taken as a method of sharing on our website or on our printed materials. Parent allow the school / amenity provider to utilize my child’s photos in any assessment and promotional activities to illustrate to the public how the kids enjoy during these activities.

12. Student who has availed food facility are not allowed to eat from other student’s tiffins or to share canteen food with tiffin child. Also they are not allowed to carry outside food in the school.

13. No food wastage or loss of property is allowed.

14. Food is prepared considering suitability of taste from std 1 to 12. So it will be difficult to provide food as per individual interest.

15. The decision of the amenity provider will be final in all cases.

16. Charges will be refunded; in case of cancellation of admission for year 2026-27 as per refund policy which is as follows,

Till 31-03-2026 - after deduction of Rs. 1000/-
01-04-2026 to 31-05-2026 - after deduction of Rs. 2500/-
01-06-2026 to 30-09-2026 - after deduction of Rs. 4600/-
From 01-10-2026 - No Refund

Parents have to pay the charges if amount paid is not sufficient for deduction mentioned above.
Parent have to claim refund within 15 days from the day of cancellation of facility.

17. A new undertaking regarding the continuation or discontinuation of admission to the higher class is to be signed and submitted on or before 28th Feb 2027.

18. A late fee of Rs. 70/- per week per installment will be charged for all payments made after the due date. After the two weeks of due date, it will be treated as deemed discontinuation and all the services will be discontinued with immediate effects.

19. If the cheque / DD are uncleared/returned from Bank bounce charges will be applicable.
