Semi Classical and Western Vocal
Mrs. Sneha Tambe-Shintre started her basic training of classical music at the age of 10 from her father Lt. Vishwanath Tambe for around 6years. Later she learnt Gwaliar gharana gayaki from Mrs. Manjusha Kulkarni-Patil for 5 years.
She has completed her B.A in Music from S.N.D.T university. Versatile in Semi-Classical vocals like ghazal thumari,dadra etc. she also sings Bhajan, Abhanga & Natyasangeet.
Also starting this year – 2018-19, Mrs. SNeha Shintre will also teach Indian Classical Music (Shastriya Sangeet)to the interested students separately following the syllabus of Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Pune. The students will also be given an opportunity to appear for the ‘Prarambhik’ exam on learning the following:
8 Raagas: Bhup, Durga, Kafi, Khamaj, Bhimpalas, Yaman, Bageshri, Des; Tarana,Lakshangeet,sargam geet,different taal and some theory.
